I am a Counselling Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 20 years experience working in the mental health field. I work with clients to build a strong and reliable therapeutic relationship, and see clients on both a short-term and long-term basis. I empower clients with the latest empirically-supported tools and strategies, as well as supporting them to achieve a deeper self-understanding, so that they may build stronger relationships with those around them, but most importantly, with themselves . I work with clients in an authentic and empathic way to explore the issues they bring to therapy. I have a built a strong reputation over the last 13 years as a highly skilled therapist, with the majority of my clients being referred to me either through word of mouth, or by GP's who feel confident that their patients are going to receive the very best therapeutic care. I see clients aged 15 + on a wide range os issues, including:

Sessions are 50 minutes and are $250; some clients may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) - Please speak to your GP about this option.

NB: The APS National Schedule of Recommended Fees 2023-2024 has the standard 46 to 60-minute consultation fee at $300
